Content: How can companies manage minor and major risks when going global? More Hong Kong enterprises are making forays overseas, focusing on expanding their global operations as they see increasing opportunities abroad. While going global, Hong Kong companies must anticipate and manage risks that are inherent in having a large workforce around the world. They must protect their most valuable asset — senior managers who are sent overseas with their families, as well as local employees. Topics covered: - Overseas medical and safety risks an individual faces (e.g. minor incident such as a traffic accident) - Worldwide hot spots and key concerns (e.g. recent Myanmar civil unrest) - Implementing a cross border Business Continuity Plan from your regional/worldwide Headquarters
Remarks: No attendance certificate will be issued to those who arrived after 7:15pm. Certificate (without chop) will be distributed to IOSH members during registration. IOSH (HK) helpers will stamp the certificates after the seminar. Certificate is invalid without the chop.
