Speaker: Nattasha Freeman, Director of Health and Safety at Phoenix Beard Property Consultants in Birmingham, UK; dealing with property management for two major Clients, Zurich and Standard Life Investments, (amongst others), and also CDM Co-ordination work. Nattasha is also the IOSH President Elect, Council Member and Immediate Past Chairman of the IOSH Midland Branch – the biggest Branch of IOSH in the UK. Nattasha has been working in Health and Safety for approximately fifteen years. After studying law and passing her Law Society Finals, Nattasha decided that this would not change the world and decided instead to pursue a career in Health and Safety starting with British Rail and Railtrack, then moving into construction and later consultancy and more recently commercial Health and Safety, in a Landlord and Tenant environment.

Remarks: No attendance certificate will be issued to those who arrived after 7:15pm. Certificate (without chop) will be distributed to IOSH members during registration. IOSH (HK) helpers will stamp the certificates after the seminar. Certificate is invalid without the chop.
