Content: Musculoskeletal disorders and back injuries have long been recognized as serious health and safety risks in workplaces. Many countries and places, including Hong Kong, have enacted legal requirements on the relevant risk assessments. Many evaluation guidelines and assessment tools have been developed but they may not be suitable for every operation or workplace. If a wrong approach is chosen, risk assessment could only result a time-consuming paper exercise but doesn’t benefit to anyone. This seminar will discuss merits of the various assessment tools and how they can be used successfully in your workplaces.
Remarks: No attendance certificate will be issued to those who arrived after 7:15pm. Certificate (without chop) will be distributed to IOSH members during registration. IOSH (HK) helpers will stamp the certificates after the seminar. Certificate is invalid without the chop.
