|Supporter(s):||Likoufu Food Co., Ltd (利口福食品有限公司) was established in August, 1988, occupying an area of 100,000m? at Panyu. The investment of its first phase was about 0.2 billion RMB. It is a large and modernized food manufacturing enterprise which belongs to Guangzhou Restaurant Group (廣州酒家集團). Zhujiang Xincheng West Tower (廣州珠江新城西塔) is a mixed commercial development of Guangzhou City Construction & Development Property Holdings (廣州市城市建設開發有限公司) consisting of office, hotel and retail. The total construction floor area is about 450,000 square metres. The main tower is 432 metres in height with 103 storeys which is the tallest building in Southern China Region thus far. Fitting-out work of the tower is now in progress.|

|CPD:||Attendance Certificate of 6 hour. CPD will be issued to members who have completely participated in the visit.|
|Content:||Participants can take opportunity to learn local operations and supervisions in a food manufacturer and construction site. The visit of Likoufu Food Co., Ltd will cover the production areas for various food products as well as the showroom. The safety management personnel of the company will introduce their safe work system and shop floor supervision throughout their production lines. A meeting cum lunch will be held for a closer sharing with the representatives of Guangzhou Association of Work Safety Administration on their latest experience in safety and health. The visit of the West Tower, including project introduction and jobsite safety management arrangements. Local safety equipment and practices would also be demonstrated. Participants will have an in-depth understanding of the occupational safety aspects by ways of viewing practical demonstration and view exchange.|
|Remarks:||Participation fee is HK$ 300.00 per person Fee includes traveling expenses to Guangzhou and back to Hong Kong with cross-border coach, lunch and travel insurance. (Fee will not be refunded once registration is accepted and confirmed by the Institution) 1. This technical visit will be covered by an insurance policy (medical expenses of accident for max. HK$ 3,000 per person & personal accident compensation at max. HK$100,000 per person) arranged by IOSH (Hong Kong). Members may consider additional insurance coverage if necessary. 2. Participants should possess their valid travel documents for entering China. 3. No arrangement for early leaving or staying behind shall be offered. 4. Participants should wear safety shoes but safety helmet is not necessary. 5. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above/ Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is still hoisted at 6:00am on the date of visit, the visit will be cancelled.|
