Content: In this half day seminar, we have invited three distinguished and experienced speakers from different sectors to share their valuable experience in managing electrical works safely. Ir Y. L. To has been working in a local power utility for 40 years and he will share with the participants about electrical safety management for utilities. Ir Dr. Edward Lo will then introduce various electrical safety practices in other parts of the world. Finally, Mr. Chan Fu-chai will discuss the safety management of electrical workers and share his practical experience and hints on handling switchgear safely. A discussion and question & answer session will be arranged after the presentation of the talks.
Remarks: To prevent the spreading of influenza, any participant who has symptom(s) of flu, e.g. fever, cough and runny nose, etc, is not recommended to attend the seminar, or he / she is advised to put on a face mask throughout his / her stay at the seminar.
