Content: In this half-day seminar, we have invited three distinguished and experienced speakers to share their valuable experience in managing property maintenance safely. Mr. Leo Fung will introduce various health and safety practices in property management and highlight the topic of playground safety. Then, Mr. Simon Ching will discuss the health and safety management of cleaning works in property management. Finally, Mr. Colan Tong will share his practical experience and hints on maintaining lifts safely at properties. He will also discuss the enhanced safety equipment for lifts. Meanwhile, a discussion and question & answer session will be arranged after the presentation of the talks.
Remarks: To prevent the spreading of influenza, any participant who has symptom(s) of flu, e.g. fever, cough and runny nose, etc, is not recommended to attend the seminar, or he / she is advised to put on a face mask throughout his / her stay at the seminar.
