Content: A Singapore delegate will visit Hong Kong in early April and deliver a seminar for the Hong Kong Branch. This seminar will share with the participants the latest development of safety and health in Singapore, in particular of the development framework of safety and health professionals. This seminar will be a valuable platform for our local members to learn from Singapore delegate and exchange good ideas and practices to promote health and safety between both two regions. The content of the seminar includes: 1. National Statistics in the field of safety and health; 2. Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Legislative Framework Reform and Update of Key Changes of WSH Legislations; 3. Latest Launching of National Safety and Health Initiatives with an Objective of meeting the National Target stated in the National Strategy on Workplace Safety and Health 2018 ; 4. Competency Development and Registration Framework for Safety and Health Professionals in Singapore
Remarks: To prevent the spreading of influenza, any participant who has symptom(s) of flu, e.g. fever, cough and runny nose, etc, is not recommended to attend the seminar, or he / she is advised to put on a face mask throughout his / her stay at the seminar.
