Content: What is really effective when it comes to influence on safety is social competence so being able to perceive others: what are their intentions, what are they trying to tell you and also how are they telling you certain things, and also being able to persuade others so being really convincing when it comes to safety and have a strong message on safety. The seminar will discuss the concept of “Workplace Psychology” in terms of statutory and safety responsibilities. The speaker will discuss the concept of “Influencing safety”, including steps to working on the influence on safety as well as the relationship between contractors and subcontractors.
Remarks: To prevent the spreading of influenza, any participant who has symptom(s) of flu, e.g. fever, cough and runny nose, etc, is not recommended to attend the seminar, or is advised to put on a face mask throughout his / her stay at the seminar.
