Content: Nowadays many people are suffering from headache, neck and back pain and one of the possible reasons is the result of ignorance or underestimation the importance of health and safety of ergonomic. Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that emphasizes diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine, under the belief that these disorders affect general health via the nervous system. IOSH (HK) invited Dr. William Wan, who is a registered chiropractor to have a presentation which he will have an introduction of Chiropractic and how simple warm up exercise can benefit to the back protection. Ergonomic considerations and factors that need to be considered to protect people who engaged in works with repetitive process. Besides, Dr. Wan will also introduce the Chinese myth about bone replenishment by eating “Bone related meat”.
