Content: Generally, about 2-3% of road traffic accidents are the results of mechanical failure, ignoring such items as ‘unexplained accident’, it therefore follows that approximately around 97%-98% of accidents are probably the results of driver error. This seminar is providing some guidelines for accident investigation and simple calculation to find out the fact of traffic accident. The seminar will include reviewing and studying of traffic accident cases.
Remarks: To prevent the spreading of influenza, any participant who has symptom(s) of flu, e.g. fever, cough and runny nose, etc, is not recommended to attend the seminar, or is advised to put on a face mask throughout his / her stay at the seminar.
