Speaker: Ir CW Lau (劉志雲), MSc(Leeds), RPE(CVL,GEL,STL), RSO, RSA, CEng, MIStructE, MICE, FGS, MHKIE, CMIOSH Ir Lau has over 40-year practical experience in UK, HK and Macao SAR. Before his retirement, he has headed the Safety & Environment Advisory Unit of CEDD and participated in formulating safety policy and initiatives for government contracts. Ir Lau has previously worked as a Section Leader in UK, Associate-Partner of John Connell, SGE of GEO, Assist. Secretary (Safety) of ETWB, SPM of GalaxyEG. He has taught Marine Construction Safety when working as an Assist. Professor of Chu Hai College of Higher Education from 2006 to 2015.
