|Content:||In this session we will take some time to explore elements of leadership and the management of change. Gammon has taken the initiative to developing a number of programmes for its senior, middle management and frontline supervision. These programmes under ‘Leading for the Future’ looks at leadership, and the role of leadership in Zero Harm. It also looks at culture and challenges us as to how we can do things differently in the future. We will consider 1. Who sets the culture for the organisation? 2. Who influences the culture on a day-to-day basis? Tony will share his personal reflections and through a mix of presentation and encouraging discussion we will draw out the importance of the role managers play in the way the culture plays out. We will move on to look at how, as leaders, we can influence the conversations and culture in our organisations.|
|Remarks:||It is advisable that in order to prevent from spreading of influenza, any participant who has symptom(s) of flu, e.g. fever, cough and runny nose, etc, should not attend the seminar, or should put on a face mask throughout his / her stay at the seminar.
