Essex Branch Annual General Meeting
Overview
The AGM programme will be as follows:

The event will be held at Writtle College, Chelmsford
on 4th April 2012 from 2pm until 5pm, where a light
lunch will be provided from 1pm onwards. The programme this year is
longer than previous years with two presentations. There will
therfore be a refreshment break partway through the
proceedings.

What's in it for me
The AGM is Branch members opportunity to ensure that their
Branch continues to operate for another year and an opportunity to
shape the direction of future Branch events. The presentations will
assist practitioners in maintaining their professional
competence.
Who should attend?
Essex Branch Members
The meeting is also open to non-members who have an interest in
health & safety, although they are not allowed to participate
in any voting.

Name Tim Briggs, IOSH Vice President
Tim is a senior lecturer at Leeds Metropolitan University
and is the course leader for the BSc (Hons) Safety Health and
Environmental Management and the distance learning Diploma in
Health and Safety Regulation. He is a Chartered Fellow of the
Institution of Occupational Safety and Health
Legal Update Presentation
Name Subash Ludhra, IOSH President.
Subash has over 21 years experience in the field of Risk
Management and Loss control, working both in the UK and
overseas
