A session providing guidance on the management of violence and lone working by a former police regional personal safety & public order trainer.

The event will be held at Writtle College, Chelmsford 13th October from 2pm until 4 pm, where a light lunch will be provided from 1pm onwards.

Speakers

Name Patrick Donovan, Director of Operations, CMS Training Ltd

A former police regional personal safety & public order trainer and Security Manager for Wembley Stadium, Patrick began specialising in conflict resolution & personal safety training in 1995.

He has worked with over 50 local authorities across the UK to develop safe lone working, conflict management and personal safety practices.  He has also worked extensively in the commercial sector, in particular the retail and aviation industries and has worked with airlines across the globe to tackle issues of 'air rage' whilst also developing projects with the UK Department of Transport in this key area.

Patrick became Director of Operations for CMS Training in 2003 and has helped to develop a wide range of training solutions related to the management of work related violence. He is still a practising trainer and college lecturer, and achieves extremely high ratings from independently verified feedback.
