Quality assurance of Mandatory safety training courses

Under the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance, there are various types of Mandatory safety training courses run by current course providers. With an aim to assure quality, the Labour Department is undertaking a comprehensive review on recognition, monitoring and improvement of these courses. 

The Labour Department will arrange focus group meetings to gather views from various stakeholders. Find out more about the focus groups.

As one of the professional bodies in occupational safety and health in Hong Kong, we are invited to attend the focus group meetings in late August.
