To be held at 19:00 on Tuesday 10 May
2011 at the Monton House Hotel, Monton, Eccles
The AGM of the Manchester
and North West Districts Branch of the Institution of Occupational
Safety and Health will be held as above. A buffet will be served
from 18:15. If you want to stand for election to the Manchester and
North West Districts Branch Executive at the AGM on Tuesday 10 May
2011, please fill in the nomination
form and send it to the Branch Secretary by Monday 9 May
2011.

Branch AGM held on 11 May 2010
4. Reports for the 2010/2011 year from
Chairman; Treasurer; Secretary; Branch Education Development
Adviser, Public Relations Rep; local Public Services, Healthcare
Section and representatives from South Cheshire/North Staffs,
Central Lancashire, South Cumbria and North Cumbria Districts
5. Acceptance of Branch Accounts for the
year 2010/2011
6. Election of Branch Officials for the
year 2011/2012
Posts to be filled are Chairman, Vice
Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, BEDA, PR Rep and there are several
vacancies for committee members. See notes below
7. Confirmation of representatives on
the Branch Committee for: Public Services, Healthcare Section and
Districts
Note: The immediate past Branch Chairman,
and IOSH Council Members, who are Branch members, are ex-officio
members of the Branch Committee
8. Appointment of Auditors for the
financial year 2011/2012

1. Nominees must be formally proposed and
seconded in writing to the Secretary by 9 May 2011. At the
Chairperson's discretion, nominations may be taken from the floor
at the meeting.
