Building management and CDM
Overview
This meeting is organised by Midland Branch East District.
Members and any guests may arrive from 18:00 for networking and
a buffet will be available from 18:30.
What's in it for me?
Anyone attending will gain an understanding of the delivery of
"Building Maintenance" across large retail estates.
In particular, the presentation will focus on the operational
perspective of delivering the service safely yet profitably and the
management of health and safety from a field operations point of
view.
Speakers
Ken Passey Operations Director for Facilities
Services Group
Ken has held this position for the past 2½ years. His role is to
deliver maintenance into the retail sector.
Earlier in his career he was the business development and
account mobilisation manager with Connaght. Prior to that he worked
for BAe systems as project manager, system designer.
Ken Passey is a qualified electrical and electronic engineer and
holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MEng
in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
