IPD

Before all Branch meetings Peter Hewick, or another IOSH  interview panel member, will hold a mentoring surgery for help with IPD, skills development portfolios, open book assessments, peer review interviews, and Fellowship portfolios and interviews.

He'll be available by appointment from 12.30 at afternoon meetings and 1730 at evening meetings.

When assessing a candidate's IPD and CPD prior to a peer review, many are judged to be below standard because the reflective statements are not detailed enough to clearly show that a learning event has been sucessfully completed.  Below are 3 sample reflective statements that meet the required standard.
