Having worked in the construction industry since the late 1980s, initially involved in construction management but changing career in the mid 1990s to health and safety, I believe I have a reasonable understanding of how the industry works. Until recently I had worked for a civil engineering and construction company for almost 20 years, eventually leaving to progress my career.  Currently I'm working for a major residential developer in London. I've been a member of IOSH since 1995.
