Yorkshire Branch Executive Committee welcomes you to our branch website. We hope that you will find our micro site helpful, informative and keep you in touch with the branch and other IOSH activities within your sphere of interest.

The aim of the Branch is to support its members in their professional activities and in their professional development. To this end The Yorkshire Branch holds monthly meetings, from January to November, where members can meet & network in an informal friendly atmosphere. The Annual Seminar seeks to focus for a full day on key areas of professional development in a workshop style event.

There are presentations from guest speakers both at our monthly Branch meetings and the Seminar, and our programme is driven by member’s requirements so please do keep the Executive Committee up to date with what you, the members, want.

We have an active, supportive and enthusiastic Executive Committee of volunteers working hard to benefit members and provide the best development opportunities. Assistance is always available when mentoring is required or just to help with CPD and IPD, even just for friendly advice. A mentor drop in session is generally available to give advice and guidance before each Branch meeting.

As members it is your Branch, there are opportunities to get involved by joining the committee or even just volunteer your assistance from time to time as we strive to continually improve our Branch activities and raise standards in health & safety.
