Today’s digital age has made it easier to reach out and collect
customer feedback and Virgin Media believes that it has put
mechanisms in place to tune into the voice of our customers to
strive towards our company mission to be the customers’ number one
choice.
How does this relate to Health & Safety? It can be
easy to perpetuate the perception that Health and Safety advice is
not liked. However, at Virgin Media, we think it’s essential
to understand what our internal stakeholders think so we can
consider how we can make improvements and maintain our focus to
improve our customer’s experience. This is why we’ve
introduced a separate internal stakeholder feedback process.
