Welcome

The IOSH Construction Group is the largest of the IOSH groups, with around 11,000 members working in building and civil engineering construction, including housing and the process industry.

We represent practitioners in client, designer, contractor, supplier and enforcement organisations. Our committee reflects our strong links with IOSH branches and our enthusiasm for working with external organisations. Recently, we've:

• developed construction health and safety training
• offered an expert construction opinion in IOSH's consultations on legislation and professional issues
• organised construction safety seminars and conferences, including InterConstruct
• liaised with construction employer and employee organisations and other key external organisations
• engaged actively in campaigns such as Working Well Together
• kept our members informed through Connect and the IOSH website
• published articles in SHP and construction industry publications.
