Violence in the education sector

The Health and Safety Executive have re-issued ESAC guidance on
Violence in the Education Sector. It provides advice to
managers and staff in the education service on: Identifying
potential risk of violence; Formulating an action plan and
statement of intent; Recording incidents; Preventive strategies;
Supporting staff who are victims of violence and the role of the
police. Contents: Violence; How can the risk of violence be
managed? What about the victims?
