The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 includes particular responsibilities aimed at young people in the workplace.

Young people, especially those new to the workplace, will encounter unfamiliar risks from the jobs they will be doing and from the working environment. The Healtha nd Safety Executive have provided guidance to reduce the risks.
