Developing safety cultures event
Overview
This IOSH Food and Drink Group networking
event, taking place on 28 March at Twycross Zoo, will address
behavioural-based safety practices and approaches in the food and
drink industry.
More information
The Food and Drink Group has gathered examples
of behavioural-based safety practices from across Europe which
prove that regardless of the resources available to you, systems
can be developed to help drive improvements to culture through
employee engagement and education.
This event will give you the opportunity to hear from
regulators, theorists and industry professionals about the
potential benefits of behavioural-based safety - or human factors -
as well as the barriers and pitfalls that you may come across when
you implement these systems.
Delegates will find out about a variety of approaches that have
already been put into practice in the food and drink industry to
help improve safety culture in factory environments.
Delegates will also be shown how initiatives have been developed
with both small and more significant budgets and resources.
