Health and Safety Awards

The National Food and Drink Health and
Safety Awards are proudly sponsored by the IOSH Food and Drink
Group. The awards recognise innovative industry projects that have
produced a practical solution to, and made a positive impact on, a
health and safety problem in the food or drink manufacturing
sector.
Entry is open to anyone working in the food or
drink manufacturing industry and individual or team entrants can be
submitted. Projects submitted will need to be original and
unpublished but previous entries may also be resubmitted.
awards will be presented at the
Food & Drinks Conference on 9-10 October 2012.
We offer the winner or a representative from the winning team a
free conference place, a ticket to the awards dinner, one night of
accommodation and up to £100 worth of travel expenses. The award
winners and runners-up will be offered the opportunity to give a
20-minute presentation on their project at the start of day 2 of
the conference.
There are generous prizes on offer including a
cheque for £500, trophies and certificates.
