the professional development needs of 1,800 members working in
public and independent healthcare, including primary care, acute
services, mental health, ambulance services, social services and
learning disabilities.
Health services consume vast amounts of money, accounting for
between 6.5 and 14 per cent of gross domestic product in the
developed world. Therefore, health services deserve the very best
health and safety expertise.
Every year, we organise four networking events in locations
across Britain and Ireland. We choose topics that are identified as
areas of interest through the feedback we receive from members.
