Abattoir worker dies

After a freezer roof collapses, an Abattoir worker dies in New South Wales, Australia.

A man was killed when the roof of a freezer collapsed on him at an abattoir near the Hunter Valley, trapping him under ice and debris. An investigation is under way about the cause of the accident. Ice on ceiling may be cause of collapse.
