With more than 1,200 members, the IOSH Railway Group covers all the issues relating to the safe design, construction, operation, maintenance and interworking of railways, tramways, metros and other forms of guided surface transport.

For IOSH members, we provide CPD activities, site visits and networking opportunities. We also facilitate new thinking and research on safety issues and encourage debate about, and make contributions to, the development of new and emerging legislation in the sector.

We run a series of networking sessions every year, and our annual rail conference is a major industry event attracting senior industry figures, politicians and enforcers.
