IOSH South East Branch, invites you to a free seminar on Wednesday
28 October from 9.45am to 12 noon at John Lewis

Topic
Influencing health and safety behaviour in
organisations: this interactive session will cover the
basic drivers of human behaviour and how they offer opportunities
to influence change. Creation of change at different levels will be
discussed including through networking, leadership, policy making
and change programmes. You will be provided with steps and short
cut tips for producing health and safety change within your
organisations.
About the speaker
Christopher Howell of Commercial Logic Limited has over 25 years
experience of consulting on change within organisations. He has
introduced and managed business change within top 100 corporations,
central government, SMEs and charities. He also specialises in
organisation development and executive coaching.

Health and safety practitioners working within the retail and
distribution sectors; stores, warehouse's and transport managers
with health and safety responsibilities; independent transport
contractors; FM managers, HSE and EHOs and TU officials.
