Adrian Bremner
Adrian has worked within a number of divisions of
Nottingham-based Boots in both environmental and safety management
roles.
His previous role was as Safety and Environment Manager for
Boots’ global manufacturing division, which incorporated a
logistics function and included operations in UK, Europe and
Asia.
His move to the retail division of Boots took place in 2005. In
this capacity he heads up a team of advisors, who implement, coach
and monitor safety standards in the 3000 UK and ROI stores and
optician practices.
Adrian’s a strong advocate of simple but effective processes and
has achieved safer stores for Boots’ customers and 60,000
colleagues by simplifying the management approach to a range of
safety systems. His other passions include sharing best practice
for the greater good and organisational culture change.
