What's the security question and answer?
When you registered with our website, we asked you to choose a
security question that you'd be able to answer. You'll now need to
choose the same question and answer it correctly to be able to
reset your password. The answer is case sensitive. If you were
automatically registered, you can only answer the 'What is
your date of birth?' question.
Once you've answered your security question correctly, you'll be
able to choose a new password. The new password must:
- be at least 6 characters long
- include 1 uppercase letter
- include 1 lowercase letter
- include 1 number.
What happens next?
We'll send you an email to confirm your password has been
changed. For security reasons, the email won't contain your new
password, so be sure to remember what you've chosen.
You'll be able login with your new password straight away.
