IOSH at CSSE Professional Development Conference, 2008

IOSH Past President Lisa Fowlie and Jonathan Gorvin, International Officer, represented IOSH at the CSSE Professional Development Conference in Quebec City, Canada, between 14 and 17 September.

Under the title of 'Leveraging Partnerships', the conference featured presenters from around the world and included a presentation on occupational stress by Lisa Fowlie.  Lisa also offered fraternal greetings on behalf of IOSH, which were well received.

In addition, the conference allowed IOSH the opportunity to catch up with colleagues from the ASSE and CSSE on their current campaigns and share experiences since our last meetings.

IOSH looks forward to taking part in the conference next year, which will be taking place in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, between 20 and 23 September 2009 and will feature and INSHPO board meeting.
