Who do you want to represent you on Council?
02 July 2010
You will by now have received your voting
papers and the statements of the 23 members who are standing in the
2010 Council election. There are only 12 places available so your
vote is important.
For your vote to count it must be returned to the Electoral
Reform Society (ERS) by noon on Friday 6 August. You can use the
stamped addressed envelope which the ERS provided with the voting
papers to cast your vote.
Please get involved in the democratic election process and give
the candidates their chance to make a difference.
For the first time there is now a members’
only election forum which went live in June. You can visit the
forum, read the candidates’ statements and ask them questions.
Council debates the future direction of IOSH, which in turn
significantly affects the future of the health and safety
profession. Don’t forget – all future IOSH Presidents must come
from amongst those members who sit on Council, so do vote for your
chosen members, who are standing to represent YOU!
