Get involved in IOSH's vision for the future
18 April 2011
Members will have the chance to have their say on the future
direction of IOSH.
Earlier this year, the Board of Trustees kick started a review of
IOSH's corporate strategy for the next five years. Now, the Board
wants to hear from members during a consultation phase that runs
until May.
Members' opinions on all aspects of IOSH strategic vision will form
a 'Green Paper' that will be discussed at a strategy workshop in
June which will include Chairs of Standing Committees, Council
members, Presidential team, BoT Executive Directors and senior
managers.
A recent member-wide survey included a number of questions on the
future of IOSH and answers from those 6,000 who took part will also
help form the Green Paper.
Branch and Group chairs have also been invited to comment on what
strategic issues Networks think should be considered.
If you’d like to send us your ideas regarding the future strategy
for IOSH, email us before Friday 27
May. We will keep members updated with progress over the coming
months.
You can also post your comments on the Members' Forum
here.
