IOSH website availability
Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 April
Earlier this week some of you may have
experienced difficulties accessing the IOSH website, specifically
MyDetails, MyCPD and the Find a Consultant search tool.
Since becoming aware of the issues yesterday evening, we have
been working with our website development agency, Precedent, to
resolve the problems.
We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. The
site and affected online tools are now available again and
functioning correctly.
What caused the problems?
It was a technical issue with a 3rd party supplier. An important
link between our web agency and the hosting company stopped
working. We're investigating why the link broke and working with
all our suppliers to ensure that we can prevent similar situations
in future.
